By booking a session or purchasing content from TalkLab360,you agree to the following terms:

1.Eligibility:

   You must be 18+ years old to use our services.

2.Privacy:

All sessions are private and confidential.

No part of the interaction may be recorded,shared,or distributed by either party.

We do not retain session content.

3.Respectful conduct:

Clients must maintain respectful and non-abusive behaviour during all sessions.

Harassment,hate speech,or explicit aggression will result in immediate termination,without refund.

4.Nature of service:

Our team members are conversation facilitators,not medical professionals or counselors.

We do not provide therapy or legal advice.

5.Payments:

All sessions must be paid in advance.

Cancellations with less than 2h notice are non-refundable.

6.Custom content:

Custom videos are made once per request and are non-refundable.

Clients may not redistribute them commercially.

7.Platform use:

Sessions are delivered via Whatsapp or Telegram.

You are responsible for ensuring your access to those platforms.

8.Modifications:

TalkLab360 reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
