The services offered through TalkLab360.com are personalized digital services delivered electronically, based on the customer’s request.

According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, Article 16, letter m, the right of withdrawal no longer applies in the following case:

> “the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if the performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and with the acknowledgment that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.”

By placing an order, the customer agrees that the service will begin immediately or at the scheduled time, and understands that once delivery has started (e.g., video call, recording, digital content), the order can no longer be canceled and no refund will be issued.

If the service has not yet been delivered, the customer may request cancellation within 24 hours from the time of purchase, by email or using the contact form available on the website.

If the cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be processed to the same account used for the original payment, within a maximum of 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph (1) of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014:

> “The trader shall reimburse all payments received [...] without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the day on which they are informed of the consumer’s decision to withdraw.”

If you want to cancel an order before the service has started (e.g., the call hasn’t occurred or content hasn’t been created), please contact us immediately.

If we are unable to fulfill your order due to technical or internal reasons, you will receive a full refund.

> If the cancellation request is approved (and the service has not yet been delivered), a full refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, to the same account used for the original payment.
