Order Delivery Policy
The services provided through TalkLab360.com are 100% digital and personalized, delivered electronically (online), with no physical goods involved.
According to Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, Article 16, letter m, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once the delivery of the service has started, as the services are custom-made and begin only with the client’s express consent.
However, in the interest of transparency and legal compliance, the customer may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the service has not yet been delivered.
If the cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days, in accordance with Article 13, paragraph (1) of Emergency Ordinance 34/2014.
Services are delivered within 24 hours of payment confirmation, depending on the type of request.
For scheduled video calls, the time is agreed upon between the client and the operator.
Custom video content is delivered via a secure link or directly through the agreed app (e.g., WhatsApp, email, or private link).
There are no physical delivery fees.
